About
A Little About Me and the Mission Behind My Work
I’m a nutritionist, naturopath, and author - best known for The Metabolic Nutritionist on Substack, my weekly newsletter where more than 32,000 subscribers join me to explore off- label drugs for cancer, supplements, and nutritional and naturopathic approaches to oncology. My first book, Metabolic Drugs for Cancer, co-authored with Dr. Hari Kuhan, is now available on Amazon.
I’m also the founder of Metabolic Health Clinic Ltd, a busy online clinic supporting people at every stage of their cancer journey. My team and I work not only with cancer but with all aspects of health, using functional testing and naturopathic medicine to guide people back to strong, resilient wellbeing.
My academic path started with a BSc at the Open University in the UK, where I combined Human Biology, Psychology, and Counselling. I trained clinically at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, first qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist, then completing postgraduate training as a Naturopathic Practitioner, all over five years of study.
Most recently, I graduated from the Practitioner Master Course in Integrative Metabolic Oncology at Metabolic Regen powered by Dr. Nasha Winters ND, deepening my expertise in terrain-focused cancer care.
Over the years, I’ve developed a strong clinical focus in nutrition science, nutrigenomics, methylation science, and epigenetic interventions. My approach brings together advanced lab diagnostics, personalised nutrition, therapeutic ketogenic and ancestral diets, and targeted supplementation which is all designed to support and optimise each person’s metabolic terrain.
I also hold additional certifications in Integrative and Gestalt psychotherapy. One of my strengths is translating complex DNA methylation and hormone data into clear, practical, personalised protocols that integrate functional medicine with psychological wellbeing.
Through my integrative oncology nutrition work, I create bespoke care plans that blend ketogenic metabolic therapy, supplements, off-label medications, lifestyle design, and evidence-based complementary approaches. My goal is always to empower my patients with clarity, confidence, and genuine agency in their care.
Beyond my clinic, I collaborate with doctors and clinics around the world, bringing together a rich community of expertise for the benefit of the people I serve.

Naturopaths are healthcare practitioners who specialise in naturopathic medicine. Focused on prevention, natural therapies, and holistic approaches to promote healing and wellness.
Trained in conventional medical sciences as well as natural and alternative therapies. Our goal is to seek the underlying causes of illness rather than just addressing symptoms, supporting the body's innate ability to heal itself.
Naturopathic practitioners may use treatments such as nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle counselling, physical medicine, and homeopathy. Creating personalised plans to enhance physical, mental, and emotional health.
In Europe, Naturopathic Practitioners are regulated healthcare professionals who must meet specific educational and training requirements and adhere to standards of practice. I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and regulated by them. I may work in private practice, integrative healthcare clinics or collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care for my patients.

We typically start by earning a bachelor’s degree or Level 6 diploma that covers subjects such as physiology and anatomy, biochemistry, nutritional pharmacology, supplements (orthomolecular nutrients), and diagnostic testing. This qualification offered by institutions like The College of Naturopathic Medicine when combined with the postgraduate Naturopath course, takes about five years to complete.
To enrol in this program, applicants must already hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent Level 6 qualification in human biology.
Naturopaths are trained in various modalities, including iridology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, or bodywork. Often becoming a specialist in one area. Sadly, the industry is not as tightly regulated as the medical field, which means some people may call themselves naturopaths without these extensive qualifications.
Top tip: Look for the post-nominal ND – it identifies those of us who have completed Level 6 and 7 studies (bachelor’s and master’s degrees) in naturopathy.

Nature provides the best medicine. Naturopathic nutrition emphasises this. It’s a powerful combination of biochemistry and nutrition with natural therapies and lifestyle changes. It uses natural and whole foods to support your body's ability to heal itself and maintain optimal health. Consuming whole, unprocessed foods is essential for feeling good and staying healthy.
Naturopathic nutritionists operate on the belief that the body is self-healing and, given the right conditions, will naturally return to health through a process called homeostasis. I work with clients to develop personalised health plans that address the whole person, not just the symptoms.
I take into consideration your lifestyle, your ethics, and your food preferences. Sometimes, supplements, herbs, and other natural therapies are recommended to correct imbalances and promote overall well-being.
