• Diagnostic Testing (through partner laboratories and clinics)

These services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a replacement for conventional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Medical Disclaimer

• Amanda King ND is not a medical doctor and does not provide primary medical care.

• All recommendations are intended to complement, not replace, guidance from your healthcare provider.

3. Client Responsibilities

By booking a consultation or service, you agree to:

4. Payments & Pricing

• All fees are clearly listed on the Services page.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved providers.

• Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies. Please note that Stripe or your bank may apply additional processing fees.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• Missed appointments (“no shows”) are non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

• Consultation and package fees are non-refundable once the service has begun.

• Diagnostic testing fees may be refundable only if the test has not yet been ordered.

• Refund requests must be made in writing to nutrition@amandakingnd.com.

7. Follow-Up Consultations

• Follow-up sessions are available only to existing clients who have completed an initial consultation.

• Follow-up packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

8. Diagnostic Testing

• Diagnostic services are offered in collaboration with external laboratories and clinics.

• Amanda King ND is not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes associated with third-party testing.

• All testing is subject to the policies of the laboratory or clinic performing the service.

9. Use of Website
